Holiday parties, you know - the parties that can be really fun or be reaaally awkward and uncomfortable.   You feel you can start with a mixed drink and nurse it, then next thing you know you’re double fisting, laughing really hard and your face is all red with veins popping out because the quietest guy in the office is yapping about how someone’s tits are enormous.

You get my point.  Well, we’re in full holiday swing here and holiday parties are going down in the next few weeks.  Our holiday party doesn’t tee off until the new year but I will be sure to update.  In the mean time, check out the 10 rules of company holiday parties from lifehack.org

In addition to releasing their [TS Lightspeed] for each of their marquee athletes, except for [Agent Zero], Adidas also recently released TS Lightspeeds for their sponsored college programs. The Adidas TS Lightspeed "Championship" Series consists of TS Lightspeeds designed for Louisville, UCLA, the Lady Vols of Tennessee, Kansas, and Indiana. Each of the kix within the series features the College's logo and nickname on the lateral side, and, their championship banners on the medial side. Each of the kix is designed to match the uniform of its respective college.

Following up on the recently released on their Artist Series Nike SB PRod II Boot, Nike is set to release a High Top version of their Nike SB Paul Rodriguez II High. The "Cement" Nike SB PRod II Highs feature a a throwback colorway with an Elephant Print trim a White base and Red piping. The Nike SB PRod II High is very reminiscent of 1980s/early 1990s Nike Basketball footwear. At the top of 2008, Nike is set to release their "Friendly Football" Pack featuring three colorways of the Nike Air Max 1. Each of the Air Max 1s within the pack follow a mesh toebox, Patent toe strip/eyelets, Suede mid panel, patterned heel material blocking. The patterned heels include "Thunder Camo", Elephant Print, and repeating Stars.
 
Nike's "Friendly Football" pack is scheduled to release during January of 2008.

As part of their 2007/2008 Consortium Series, Adidas recently released a "Light Side/Dark Side" Pack of Adidas Superstars with branding and inspiration from the cult classic Star Wars series. Complete with Star Wars action figure packaging, the "Light Side/Dark Side" Pack features a "Yoda" Adidas Superstar and a "Darth Vader" Adidas Superstar, the respective leaders of the Light Side and Dark Side. The "Yoda" Adidas Superstar features a Hemp upper, inspired by Yoda's robe and the "Darth Vader" Adidas Superstar features a Black shiny Black leather/Black Patent upper inspired by Darth Vader's suit.
 
The "Light Side/Dark Side" Adidas Consortium "Yoda" and "Darth Vader" Superstars are available now at select Adidas accounts.
