Chris Sacca. Remember his name because whatever he’s accomplished is likely what you wish you did too.

Chris heads Google’s team of Special Initiatives. This could arguably be the best gig ever. The haters are everywhere and I can’t per say disagree with them - but isn’t that just being jealous?

He’s working on a couple of things now:

  • Get SF free wi-fi
  • He’s got alot of cash
  • Betting $4.6B of Google’s cash on double “0″s - (or wireless spectrum)
  • He’s got alot of cash
  • Investing in photobucket (not on Google time)
  • But he’s got alot of cash

Chris Sacca, Google’s do-nothing wonderboy, has updated his Facebook status: “Chris is glad his company lets him do crazy things in hopes of changing the world.” Or sit around blathering in meetings and never actually accomplishing anything. Conveniently hard to tell the difference.” - Valleywag

Here’s what he looks like too so you can either give him pound or flip him the bird:

Just a matter of time…

Here’s to hoping a2dp gets unlocked through a software update. My take is a2dp will be unlocked when Apple releases their own version.

Nomad posted some pics on his flickr page that he sent over to TUAW.

It looks pretty svelte. Leave it to apple to make a plain black bluetooth headset look so good. FYI Steve - the Kool-Aid works.

TUAW states: ‘It’s packaged in a black, minimalist box, as expected. Inside is the headset itself, a combo dock (accommodates the iPhone and headset) with USB cable and a travel cable for the headset only.’

a) the merger goes through.

Caveat (all good deals have them) - this will only include a combo of 50 of their channels and a quarter to add another one.

According to various sources (I’ll quote the giz here because I’m using their nifty PS image.)
This should allow users to not have to pick and choose between NHL, Nascar and MLB or as I should restate - Howard vs. all.
